YOUR CAREER IN GUEST SERVICE
Within our guest area, you are the first point of contact for guests wishing to make reservations or receive information about the hotel. Optimal social and communication skills, as well as specialist knowledge, are particularly in demand here. There are also other exciting hotel jobs in housekeeping, reception, event management and guest services.
HOTEL TRAINING
Our trainees receive a challenging, practice-oriented and varied training programme that makes them the specialists and managers of tomorrow. In doing so, we give them the warmth of a family business that enjoys an excellent reputation both within and outside the industry.

Our training has also been awarded a prize: In 2013, we were one of the first hotels in Germany to receive the “Excellent Vocational Training” certification from DEKRA for the first time, which has been confirmed every two years since then.
