„Good hotel but poor restaurant service ”

„The hotel is great but don't ever go to the French restaurant there .Agoda.The captain is very rude and impolite. Not helpful and make me embarrassed in front of my guest. He is errogant and impatient when I enter the restaurant .Food is the worst French cuisine I had ever had in my life .Overall is good but service in French restaurant news significant improvement ”

„This was a family stay for a celebration, 3 generations - and they all loved it.”

„My family and I had a wonderful 3 day stay at Grand Elysee. The two rooms we stayed in were clean and comfortable. Every member of the staff we were on contact with during our stay were polite and professional. Our stay couldn't have been any better - we highly recommend the hotel.Just keep up the good work.Www.hotels.com”

„Very good customer service”

„I left a few things in my room on my hasty departure to catch my flight home to USA. I called and between Regine Feddern, Houskeeping and Johannes Bemmeri at the front desk I received back my missing items in the mail just a few days after I arrived home. I am very please to receive this excellent customer service..It was very busy.Was a little expensive”
