„The amount on my invoice was not equal to the amount you have witdrawed from my account which gives me an unfortunate experience to end up with..You should write on your website that parking not is free for guest at the hotel. I missed being able to make me a cup of coffee or tea in my room. ”

„Groundfish Conference”

„Excellent facilities, great rooms. Reception service and attitudes a major disappointment. .The Groundfish Conference organisers were paying for my accommodation as I was a speaker and not a guest. This information should have been added to my room details for both nights, but was only added for one night due to an error within hotel administration. As a result, I was asked to pay for one night's accommodation by Reception when I was checking out. I had to find the conference organiser, explain my difficulties and bring her to Reception in order to resolve this. It was handled with a complete lack of service, empathy or understanding from Reception staff and management - certainly not good enough for an international class hotel with delegates from 32 countries, and unacceptable to me also. .Service was slow on Wednesday night.Very disappointing to only have lager and a Guinness like draught beer. Whether in bottles or on draught, some Weissbier would be welcome.”
