„Another exelent stay”

„Nice relaxing family weekend again at Grand Elysee.. Room wasn’t ready at 2 PM as It should be. We were told to wait, but after we insisted on gering the room, the reception managed ti fix another room for us. Not a disaster, but a not so good start for our stay. Afterwards, we had to ask for the making of a bed for our son in the sofa, as It wasn’t made. Again not a disaster, but a bit anoying. . More wellcoming staff.. No”

„Fancy and very clean hotel. Nice rooms with comfortable bed and a choice of pillows. The bathroom is clean, with fine interior and several toilet articles. The pool is ok but not very large. The fitness center is extremly small and has almost no equipmemt. The restaurents at the hotel are good and the service is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. . More healthy options”

„Clean and nice but not flexible”

„Remember to book breakfirst included or pay double. . First we booked including breakfirst. Due to change of date, we lost this option - breakfirst 1/2 price. Asked reception to add this option to our booking. Not possible - we should talk to the restaurant next morning. The answer from senior staff - not possible so know you pay dobbel price. And he added - next time book directy and don’t use booking.com, so you save 50% on breakfirst and 10% on the hotel. Conclusion you will not help, and you have No problems telling your customers, that they are stupide. . See before”
