„Only & Only in Hamburg, nothing else to say”

„I have been staying at this hotel I think now for almost 8 years and have recommended this hotel to everybody, and on Tripadvisor of course has been very helpful, and I still think overall you are the best stay in Hamburg, as me and my family feel at home. You have the best staff, from concierge, reception, restaurants, all in all they are great. Further, you have great food throughout the hotel, as you can imagine, I have tried everything (and I know BH and JB belong to the Elysee). in Fact we are coming back again in August for log stay. Actually I own and and manage few companies, one being in Hamburg, so reason I come here often, we also own a house in Sophienterassen, but we prefer to be spoiled at the Elysee. So all this long talk, to say thank you for all your great service over the years, and looking to be at the Elysee more years to come. I cannot fault anything frankly speaking, except that you maybe should have royalty programs for your long term customers, to enjoy benefits, and this will surely attract more clients for you. As I have the same with various hotels, as I know you surely know. But again it is a suggestion, not fault anything. best of luck, Armin ”
