„Great Hotel”

„Location is close to Dammtor station, CCH - Congress Center and Außenalster lake. Staff are good, room is big and the breakfast was excellent”

„The hotel is beautiful and nice and clean, nice staff. Very good area, nice to walk everywhere. The spa is good. The only thing I really missed in my room was a waterboiler for coffee and tea, or a coffemachine. Most 5 star hotels offer that. I also find the price of the früstuck very expensive. The total price is very high, even for such a good hotel. But allover, we had a lovely stay in your hotel. thanks a lot :-)”

„We experienced problems with the tv and a toilet that constantly flushed. The buttom was stucked. In replacement the hotel offered free breakfast, and it was a very Nice breakfast. .Hotels.com.On a toilet at the eg, their was urine all over the floor.Wifi”

„ .Small details counts. A small gift for the kids. .No eye contact. No attention to our kids. .We waited 40 minutes for the food. I had 3 children with me under the age of seven. They were hungry. I waited 40 minutes just for boiled pasta with butter to the kids. Well done! .The pasta was well done - it should be al dente. .They did'nt understand English. They spoke poorly English tough it's an international Hotel. .Bad cake quality. I have expected better quality. ”
