„Almost...”

„Almost everything was really good about the hotel, but the way the breakfast was organised was quite a mess. Three different areas for breakfast, seemed to be managed separately, all were too full and it was up to you to eventually find a place to sit. You go to the first place, they suggest you go to the second place but have no idea whether there is any space there... you go to the second palce and that is also full so they send you to the third place where the same might happen. So, two issues - 1) not enough breakfast capacity to deal with the amount of guests. 2) poor and uncoordinated management of the breakfast capacity that was available.”

„The public areas of the hotel are stunning, and the number of restaurants allows a good choice for an evening meal. The concierge was very helpful and the information stand and cash machine were useful. One area we were disappointed with was the level of attention one of our requests had. We travelled with a seven month old baby and asked for a small breakfast each morning in our room (a little yoghurt, bread and fruit). On three occasions the breakfast wasnt delivered. I also suggested much smaller baby sized portions to reduce waste..Hotels.com.There were no kettles or tea making facilities in the room. In other hotels i have stayed in in Germany there has been the facility to pay for rental movies in your room, we asked at reception but there were no services such as this available. ”
