„Very good, unless you need to do some work”

„"Over all, very good, friendly service. Late checkout was easy to arrange for, helpful staff. Very good internet service (effective 14 mbit down/upload). Rooms and beds comfortable. Only drawback is a lack of a ""proper"" working desk and desk chair, which makes using your room as an ""office away from home"" pretty uncomfortable. Moreover, I'm always wondering why everywhere in the world an in-room coffee / tea-maker and / or free coffee / tea in the lobby is absolute standard ... except for in Germany :-( I would also appreciate an affordable ""quick breakfast"" buffet as an alternative to the very pricy full ""luxury"" breakfast..Es sollte einen QuickCheckOut geben. In den meisten großen internationalen Hotels ist gar kein CheckOut nötig / CheckOut per TV oder Internet möglich.(1) Ein brauchbarer Schreibtisch (Größe) und ein Schreibtischstuhl wären wünschenswert. (2) Ein in-room-coffee/team maker sollte definitiv zum Standard gehören ... "”

„Consistently excellent ”

„We have stayed many times before and the services and cleanliness are always excellent. Staff are always very friendly and helpful including the staff on the door who always look after our bags for a few hours after we have checked out. We would never stay anywhere else. ”
