„"all in all staying at your hotel was a very pleasant experience. The staff is extremely well trained and make the stay very nice. The hotel it self is nice and very ""cozy"". Four small ""issues"" for your consideration: 1. The internet in the room was extremely poor 2. No in-room iron??? why on earth not? 3. The breakfast buffet was okay but not up to par with other Hamburg hotels. 4. The comforter (bed cover) in the room was very warm. It felt like it was made from artificial material that did not let your body breathe through the fabric while sleeping. otherwise we had a fantastic time at your hotel. best regards "”

„Excellent.Booking was for 3 persons and there were towels only for 2. There was a cleaning piece of cloth under the sheet, not a big deal just for information. ”

„I was charged in a wrong currency during check out. Informed the staff at the counter to charge in Euros but I was charged in HKD instead. Even if she is unsure, she should at least confirm with me first before she charge to my card. .I was charged in a wrong currency during check out. The instructions are very vague and unclear..Ordered some cakes but they don't taste as yummy as they look. A little dry.”
