„Not worth the money”

„I thought the spa was nice, but it wasn’t worth the cost of the hotel.. The front door was hard to find.. One of the towels in my room was clearly used before I arrived in my room. . There were a couple people wearing bathing suits in the saunas and were loud and obnoxious.”

„Used this hotel for a stop over on our journey. Pleasant pause in a super hotel with all services available. Good paring service and very friendly staff. Absolutely no complaints what so ever. Will be coming back. ”

„My only comment is that the Maitre d’hotel at the restaurant has absolutely no empathy, no kindness and unfortunately it is not the first time. It changes with the front desk where people welcome you all the time with a smile. Everything else is good. Danke”

„Good but you better be able to manage your own luggage. No one to help with luggage. No one bother to help with luggage. Staff quickly turn away their heads to avoid having to help customer.”

„N/A. I was brought the wrong dish one evening and the mistake was not mine. However I found the attitude of the waitress to be very poor in responding. I did eventually get my order but had to ask about what was happening as the first dish was whisked away quite abruptly without any explanation. . My previous comments related to the Brasserie”
