„Nothing special”

„The rooms are clean and beds comfortable, but the hotel lacks the bits that make the stay easy for someone who is travelling on business. No stable WiFi, no English channels on TV and gym equipment that keeps malfunctioning. When I travel on business, I don't look at SPA or restaurants. I need few amenities that make my stay more productive and bearable. .Your gym has malfunctioning equipment. I spend over 15 min every evening trying to make it work. The screens are unresponsive and there is no wifi. What is the point of having touch screens that don't react to touch? I reported it 3 times and nothing was done. Very frustrated and disappointed. For an international hotel you have no English speaking channels. .Hotels.com.Pay attention to the feedback customers give you.No signal whatsoever. Made impossible to do any work or even call my Family via Skype.N/A.Provide better entertainment options. Invest in English Netflix.Make sure you have proper WiFi connection across the hotel.Don't add milk to scrambled eggs. Not everyone likes it. Smaller pieces of fruits, real honey (not that industrialised stuff you serve in small jars), non concentrated juice (not only orange one), better quality of bacon (the one you serve is pure fat and no meat) .It would be useful to get a new soap after 3 nights”

„WE RECOMMEND!”

„This hotel is in its own league. Especially the breakfast staff was lovely. Not to say the other staff wasn't, but the breakfast staff was more than lovely. We loved the spa. The room was perfectly clean and the very large bed was not to soft, which is great. People smile and say hello at this hotel. Great overall experience and we will be visiting again. Hopefully sooner than later.”

„Movies and films in English for people who do not speak German. Do not cut off the wifi after 1.5 hours or so, forcing me to reconnect. .I am English and do not speak German. The only English language channels available were news channels. There were no movie or film channels in English. This is very poor for a hotel that advertises itself as an international hotel and discriminates against people like myself that do not speak German. This must please be rectified if you wish me to stay here again, otherwise I will be forced to stay in another hotel which is not what I want to do. .The wifi connection seemed to cut out after period of 1.5 hours or so, which meant logging in again. This is very annoying as it was the only way I could get programmes in English. Disappointing. .See my previous comments. ”

„Extremely noisy due to drilling directly above my room. Air conditioning could not get the room cool enough. There weren’t any sheets on the bed, just a comforter. .See above ”
