„My suggestion is just one: it's not possible to ask credit card for any additional charges blocking the card with an amount of 400 euros, It's not a polite behavior. Since several years visit Hamburg for business staying either at Fairmont or at Grand Elysse without having such experiance ”

„Spa Was overcrowded. I felt uncomfortable w the mix gender in the sauna. .The lobster was good but the side dishes were not nice and the wines were less interesting. .Maybe a little bit up to date on the sides and the wines and the desserts. The service was good..The mix gender sauna no good for non Germans who are not use to it. The pool was a bit overcrowded and loud.”

„We were going for the Rolling Stones concert in Hamburg staying at the Grand Elysee. Overall a grate place, excellent service, clean, location, price vs quality, etc. We will return for sure in the future since Hamburg is first of all a great city. ”

„A perfect all-in spot to stay in Hamburg”

„We stay in your hotel since 1995 if we are for business or private in Hamburg. In recent years we stayed 3 nights every 4 weeks. It is for us like a second home. Actually, we think that the word hotel does not apply here. For us it is a small and luxurious village that is fully equipped with all you can think off, and than in Hamburg. Several restaurants, a spa, shops, conference rooms, car rental company, etc., etc. The jovial and friendly service of all your employees, at all levels and in all the different services and that on high quality level but without a fuss. In spite of the size of your hotel, we do not feel lost at an inmens resort, no at all, thanks to the layout and design of your property, restaurants, boulevard, bars and the service of your staff. With our comment we specially want to put your management and all your staff members in the spotlight. Thanks, Johan and Marion.The bar keepers should be pro-active. They do not approach you but you frequently have to draw their attention while they are not busy with other customers.”
