„I stayed for second time with my two sons at the hotel as it is very very nice for a weekend stay as this time enjoying in Hamburg. We all enjoyed the pool and spa area. Should anything be commented is it breakfast where it seems a little unorganized.”

The hotel is so tasteful and elegant, but what impressed me the most is the friendliness and manners of the staff that made you feel welcome and relaxed every step of the way. Its tasteful decoration and elegance makes it a perfect hotel for both business and pleasure. I will definitely stay during all my future visits to Hamburg. ”

„Cancellation policy”

„I had booked a night as part of a business trip to Hamburg. My itineary changed due new inportant meetings in Paris, and therefore I tried to cancel my hotel room several days in advance. However, you did not allow me to cancel my hotel room! The end result is that I have paid full price for an expensive hotel room for a night which I was not able to use. This is completely unacceptable for a business class hotel. Therefore, I do not intend to book at the Grand Elysee again, nor recommend it to my business partners.”
