„Convenient with good parking”
„We nearly always stay one night here, after arriving early from the Auto-Train. We need a night to recover from the train before driving on to Sweden. The hotel is convenient, clean, and safe. As we arrive early (around 9:00 a.m.) our room is usually not ready. We understand that, and make no complaint. What was disappointing was the lack of a good place to work. I asked, and was told to try the back of the bar (which was not yet open). Surely a business hotel such as the Grand Elysee has a quiet room or rooms with free Internet for people to work? Of course, I could not use the Internet because I had not yet received my room. One more point. Happily, in cool October we did not need air-conditioning. However, I have stayed here in warmer months and have always found the a-c not very functional.”
