„On arrival on New Years Day we could check into our room as expected (14.30). We tooka wald for an hour and still the room was not ready for checkin. Actual checkin wouldn´t be until after 16,15 which did not fit into our plans. We appreciate the compensation we received and hope that upon next arrival we will be able check in right away!”

„Family holiday”

„We had a wonderful 4 nights with children (5 & 7) and extended family over Christmas in the Grand Elysee hotel. The staff were very friendly yet professional, the rooms comfortable and the breakfasts were superb. There was an overall feeling of spaciousness and light. The proximity to the city centre was a bonus. I would highly recommend it as a destination for families..tea and coffee making facilities were missed. While the shower was excellent, a bath would have been a treat..there was no steam room. the pool water was quite cold.no wine list was produced. we were a long time waiting for childrens desert. waiter had a bit of attitude”

„"In our room was cold, after my talk with Your reception, we get electric heater (a little bit broken), it become better, but on reception said to me, that next day they will resolve this problem, but nothing was happened, and we heat our room all four nights at our stay in your hotel..All services was very good. But for us were a problem Your breakfast, because every morning the food was the same. all four mornings the same food. And an other problem: You have in spa. Sauna area is ""Naked area"" for me is problem to put out my swimming shorts, I am didn't make it, but other people were angry with this. My opinion, if You have spa, please make sauna area for all people, or make two saunas, for ""naked people"", and normally sauna, as have every hotel, witch offers spa. "”
