„Excellent hotel with superb service”
„This is our second stay at the hotel and we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Hamburg. Very nice location with excellent facilities and a great choice of restaurants. Fantastic choice of rooms and always very quiet and peaceful (even when the hotel was full during our last stay). The staff really do make the hotel - they are extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Special mention must go to Mr Tillmanns who made our last stay so memorable. Thank you again to all the staff at the hotel for making our wedding anniversary to very special.”

„The Grand Elysee Hamburg is a more than adequate Hotel for the needs of any traveller, business or pleasure, ticked all of our requirements, great choice of restaurants, very clean, especially liked the small balcony, for some fresh air in the rooms , 10 minute walk to some of the local sights and shopping, highly recommend this hotel, very pleasant stay.”

„n/a.If you want multiple side dishes (more than 2 per person) this is discourages due to the fact that is offered for free probably. I would than recommend to make a note that 2 side dishes per person are included and if you want more you have to pay for it..I have been multiple times to the hotel but now every assistant knew were to find my contact details that were already in the system. This was also the case with check in, so that I had to multiple times fill in my personal contact details as these should be already in your system.”

„Stayed two nights at the hotel, it was located near to the city centre and in very nice surroundings. The room was comfortable and very clean. I found several nice restaurants and bars in the hotel which I used several times. I will highly recommend this hotel..Hotels.com”
