„The sink in the bathroom gets stopped . I felt down at the shower room and was hitting on my leg. Because the floor was very slippery after others using. Maybe you can put the rubber mattress. ”

„This was our first stay at this amazing hotel and we loved it very much. The room, the spa, the staff and the food was just lovely! The staff could help us with anything. Such great service. We will definitely be back again sometime. . Secret escapes”

„Addictive - not wanting to leave”

„Excellent stay and service at the Grand Elysee hotel in Hamburg. The pool is great - although due to Covid-19 restrictions we could only be 8 persons there at one time. But in time this will probably be lifted. Breakfast was excellent - fresh and plenty. The cook made great omelets and scrampled eggs. Only minor inconvenience was the waiting for a table where several staff just ignored us or helped us find a table. We just left and selected another breakfast restaurant at the hotel. Despite this, we experienced very forthcoming staff all over the hotel. We tried room service for the first time and was very positively surprised. The food was excellent prepared and hot despite being served in our room. We will most certainly be back another time - and not soon enough...”

„Short Stay”

„Very nice Hotel ,good Service and very clean . Also very well situated in the middle of Hamburg. We thought 15 € for a Gin & Tonic a little over the top, and the two coffees were 10 € a good hedge against inflation for the Hotel. We Booked a Penthouse on the 6th floor room 6968 Very nice. We will come back.”

„Excellent service, breakfast, pool and spa facilities ”

„Over all we had a nice stay last 4 days. Only one situation was disappointed: On our departure day the 18th Oct. Around 11.15 o'clock, our daughter at age of 7 was playing beside door and a man nocked door and direct entered our room wih his access card. At the moment, I was not in the room and my husband was on the bed and thought it was me, who entered the room. My husband went out after him when he found out that a strange who has entered our room, but could not see him anywhere. The more we talk about this scenes more uncomfortable we feel, and I hope we can get an explanation about who this man is... . Over all we had a nice stay last 4 days. „The Grand Elysée in Hamburg is a fantastic place to visit. The Hotel, the Restaurants, the whole Atmosphere physically as well as mentally, the green Surroundings only 10 minutes walking distance to the center of the city, and not to forget the service minded staff make Grand Elysée to an ideal place for us to "recharge our batteries". „My stay was perfect the only thing bothered me that i booked through booking.com and everything i asked them for the hotel didn't have a clue about. So while checking in i had to show everything i asked for with a confirmed email so the hotel can agree for it. ”
