„High standards of service and quality, conveniently located”
„Grand Elysee is a 5* hotel that lives up to the standards: helpful and capable staff, spacious and clean rooms with all amenities one would expect, very good breakfast, spa with excellent facilities. The location is also a big plus: although close to downtown (15' by foot to the Rathaus) it sits in a quiet and green area close to the lake, excellent for jogging! The only suggestion would be to have quality coffeemaking in the room (Nespresso). ”

„Disappointment ”
„You would expect a room where You first of all could sleep when You wanted. This was not possible and it was the jazz duo of the hotel which where the cause. Unbelievable... The bathtub couldn’t be drained. Positive: Cleanliness, nice staff (but not true heart - just good training). Fantastic breakfast I consider the hotel overpriced and this is not a place where You feel yourself really welcome. Jan . We got room 155 which were positioned right over the hotels jazz entertainment duo. Persistent music/ noise until midnight. You could not sleep but got awakened when they did their sets. . Overpriced; unfocused servants. Not quite stabile”
