„The Grand Elysee is my preferred hotel in Hamburg and due to my recommendation the same for others. I use it frequently and will not stay anywhere else. Very nice lobby, bar and restaurants. Friendly and very serviceminded staff. Very nice (no. perfect) guestrooms. Very convenient with the parking in the basement. Super internet. (only one thing: longer opening hours in the bar and/or a better selection (spirits) in the minibar (I know - not a big issue)).”

„Short sightseeing”

„Nice central hotel for a one day with family and a dog.Norwegian hotels.Ekstra bed in the middle of the room, could be placed more prober!.I was told that our parking ticket last to our department, but we had to pay 18 euro extra down in the parking house!”

„"I was very satisfactory with all the services. At check-in I changed my previously provided credit card(MasterCard) to a company AMEX card to be used as a guarantee and for payment. The morning of departure (quite early, 3am when I was sleeping) my ""old"" Master Card was charged with the amount. I don`t like that my card is being used on an ""unauthorized"" way... The issue solved quickly, the transaction cancelled upon checkout, but waking up for a text message that my previous card used is not satisfactory."”
