„Service staff needs to be groomed. . No night lights in the room. Had a difficult time sleeping with bathroom lights on. The bathroom should also have dim lighting. Very harsh / strong for the eyes using the toilet in the night. . Loss of network many times. ”

„Perfect stay, but strange behavior with the breakfast.”

„Everything was perfect except one fact. I was booking two nights including breakfast. I was surprised to find out that this was including only one breakfast and I was asked to pay for the second one, which I refused as I was checking out and had my breakfast in the city. This made me feel upset, taking the fact that it was 405 EUR bill stay for two nights.”

„bad start”

„We arrive at the hotel, get our keycards, get to the room and and the first thing that i look for is the bathtub, that i ordered. ( I upgraded the room, from 220 to 240Euro because the difference were the bathtub and a litte bit bigger room. ) but there were no bathtub. so we swapped the room with anothe one, which had a bathtub, lovely. but that room didn't have e kingsize bed it were two beds, pushed together to one bed... in my order confirmation it says: kingsize bed, which CAN be separated into to single beds... so i went to the reception to get told, that i couldnt get a room with a doublebed and bathtub, which i had paid for... disappointing. but the most important thing were that i could sleep next to my partner, without having a canyon of space between us. so your crew found us a 3.rd room... but with no bathtub. and i didn't get compensated... so that was a bad start to a lovely hotel. i hope i have better luck with your hotel in the future. otherwise im sure you make it better, next time i'm visiting you Best Regards Andi B.J Confirmation Number: 391653953 . Best Regards Andi B.J Confirmation Number: 391653953 . 1. the menu said that i should minimum order 500gram of the irish ribeye. the waiter said 550 fair enough, so i did. 2. she didnt speak english that well, dont blame. 3. the amount of time between ordering beverages and food were really long, as well as the time between the visits from the waitress, when we ordered drinks and until they came.. did not use anything, sorry ”

„Excellent conference services”

„Our company organized a 3 day conference for 200 people. The main room size was great for our group (and expandable) and the audio visual quality was very good, and the A/V assistant very helpful. Service by hotel staff was professional and responsive. We may consider returning again with our future conference. Our members were also very pleased with the facilities, rooms, and city location. . Air conditioning was over stressed due to hot weather. They moved me to an empty room one night with working aircon which was nice and fixed the aircon in my original room.. It worked well. I can't say great or otherwise. It worked as it should.”

„please see my remark under Room Experience. I have been staying at your hotel since 1987 for at least 250 times. The standrad is very good and constant. I would recommend the hotel to anyone. Having said so i must admit that last week staying in room 277 i had a different experience in the room. At least 3 items where damaged and required repairs. The sink/washing table was hanging/disconnected form the wall. The table under the garderobe had a hanging support beam and one of the bed lights was not working.”
