„We had a pleasant stay at your hotel. We were in Hamburg for a demo meeting, and managed to get some time at the wonderful SPA facilities. The fitness room was nice too, but I would have liked a real spinning bicycle.”

„Warm welcome, clean rooms and good food..No assistance to help us when we left at 7 am. But taxi's at walkingdistance so its okay.”

„At 9.30 on my departure day I tried to call the reception - after 20 minutes and several attempts - no one picked up the phone. Called the concierge and told him to go to reception and get them to call me. I even tried to call from my cell phone and no one picked up the phone. This is not the first time where I experience this.”

„Conference Hotel”

„Very nice room, good and pleasant Location but not very welcoming and warm Service. .If you try a wine, you should be presented the wine bottle in order to see the Label. I tried two wines and had to ask for the Label to be shown. However, the bar man did not give any Information himself either. .Many travellers appreciate a water cooker and tea and coffee in their room. I asked Housekeeping and they brought one up. However, I was refused a coffee Sache. Also one complimentary water bottle for a double room booked for two People is not up to Standard. .I called up for a later check out and was given one until 14:00 without further costs. That is good Service to be expected..We booked through booking.com and due to cancellation policy the payment was deducted from the credit Card at end of the cancellation perios - without any notification or confirmation from your side. Even at the relative cold check in it was not even mentioned that the payment had already been made. ”
