„Very good hotel ”

„Had a great stay in Hamburg The only thing that was strange is that when I and my friends were in the Italian restaurant we saw a mouse walking in stone wal in the Italian restaurant. We talked to the staff immediately. Every thing else was fine ? ”

„Excellent stay at the Grand Elysee”

„The stay was very pleasant. The rooms are very fine, both restaurants were very good to excellent. Overall very comfortable. . Both Efficiency of check out and accuracy of bill. We have called the reception 3 times about the presence of partner and dogs for 2 nights, but this was not known untill we checked in and we were overcharged at the bill. ”

„We were welcomed with a big smile upon arrival. We were tired having traveled from the US and were very pleased that our room was ready a bit early. Nice park across the street. A short walk to the Dammtor station and a short walk to the lake. I tdidn't hurt that the weather was warm and sunny every single day. We loved everything and will be back. . Bed was a bit hard. I know that each person's preference differs so this is not really a complaint. I would also like to see more electrical outlets.”
