On foot, your guests can reach Dammtor in four minutes, the Hamburg Messe trade fair and congress centre as well as the historic city centre in fifteen minutes, and the airport is only a twenty-five-minute drive away.

How many event rooms are there?

The Grand Elysée Hamburg has a large ballroom and 30 event rooms covering 4,200m². You can find out more about the individual conference rooms in Hamburg here. 

Are there rooms available for private events?

Private celebrations are also possible: celebrate in the perfect atmosphere, which is just as unique as your occasion. We will give you very special favourite moments near the Alster. Whether receptions, birthdays, anniversaries, confirmations or galas: our event team will advise you individually. You can find more information about private celebrations in Hamburg here.

How far is the hotel from the airport?

The Grand Elysée Hotel Hamburg is centrally located and yet only 9.2 kilometres from the airport. You can reach us by taxi in about 20 minutes.

How do I get to the hotel from the main station/Dammtor station?

From the main station, take the S2 or S5 S-Bahn to Dammtor (approx. 3 minutes). The Grand Elysée Hamburg is located directly on Moorweidenpark, directly opposite Dammtor station. From here, you can reach our hotel in approx. 3 minutes on foot via Rothenbaumchaussee.

Where can I park my car?

Travel easily by car and make use of our underground car park with 500 spaces.
