Your French restaurant in Hamburg: The architect Max Flum has created an authentic Parisian flair in the Brasserie with the help of numerous Art Nouveau elements and the beautifully designed Art Nouveau ceiling. You can enjoy a bouillabaisse or a boeuf bourguignon, for example, in this ambience.
The brasserie is a type of restaurant typical in France, for which there is no real equivalent in Germany. Less formal than a restaurant, the brasserie offers a relaxed atmosphere in which you can also enjoy conversation with other guests. There is usually a good selection of palatable wines on the menu and the food is often ordered for the whole group and then shared. Unlike in a bistro, in a brasserie you can expect a complete menu with hot main courses, but there are also cold snacks or soups for small appetites.

Exquisite seafood is our speciality. From now on, enjoy a freshly caught arrangement for 6-10 people at the specially made Lobster Table. The culinary delight begins with a Bouillabaisse à la Marseillaise. The Plateau Royal then brings together the delicacies of the seas: delicious lobster, three different types of oyster, crevettes rose, Atlantic prawns and Helgoland crab claws. All seafood is served pure, without garnishes, for an authentic taste. We are happy to recommend choice French wines to accompany this exquisite arrangement.
