Gourmet breakfast at the Grand Elysée Hamburg
At the Grand Elysée Hamburg, we offer a breakfast that is among the best in Hamburg. Enjoy baked goods fresh from the oven - from Danish pastries, cakes and French croissants to wheat and whole-grain bread. Get a healthy start to the day at the Le Parc breakfast restaurant: fresh local and exotic seasonal fruits await you, as do a variety of cereals, dried fruits and seeds, and fresh yogurt or cottage cheese. In addition, many of our dishes at breakfast are prepared à la minute at the Live Cooking Station.
We always aim to serve hotel guests, as well as restaurant guests, with our gourmet breakfasts. However, depending on hotel occupancy, it is not always possible for us to welcome non-hotel guests.

Every Sunday at the Le Parc
Our Sunday brunch at Le Parc makes gourmet hearts beat faster. Of course, our brunch offer at the Grand Elysée Hamburg is also adjusted to guests with certain diets. We are happy to prepare vegan and vegetarian dishes for you on request. If you have any food intolerances, please contact our service staff. We will be happy to prepare compatible alternatives for you or inform you about the ingredients of our dishes.
We offer our gourmet brunch for 69 euros per person (start: 12:15 /12:30).
Make a reservation for the Gourmet Brunch
On special festive and public holidays (e.g. Easter, Mother's Day, Advent, Christmas) the gourmet brunch costs 89 euros per person and starts at 12:30. Children up to 6 years of age can attend our Sunday brunch at the Grand Elysée in Hamburg free of charge, children from 7 to 14 years of age pay half price and children from 15 years of age pay full price.
No matter whether you are a vegetarian or suffer from an allergy - our rich buffet has been designed with you in mind
Our Sunday brunch at the Grand Elysée Hamburg is also geared towards guests with special diets. Vegan and vegetarian dishes are available on request. Please contact our service staff if you have any food intolerances. We will be happy to prepare compatible alternatives for you or to inform you about the ingredients of our dishes.
We offer our gourmet brunch for 55 € per person.
Children up to the age of six can attend our Sunday brunch at the Grand Elysée Hamburg free of charge while children from seven to 14 years are only charged half price. Children aged 15 or above pay the full price.
