Pedagogical focal points
Our work focuses on reliable relationships, genuine encounters and the individual development of each child. We carefully guide children at their own pace and create an environment in which they feel safe, seen and taken seriously.
We see bonding as the foundation for education. With us, children are allowed to explore with curiosity, contribute their own ideas and have a say. For us, mistakes and detours are a natural part of the learning process.
Our work is based on the Hamburg educational recommendations. However, we do not see education as ‘teaching’, but as an active process of acquisition: children engage with their environment on their own initiative. They discover, experiment, ask questions and develop their skills step by step.
Our task is to provide stimulating spaces, diverse materials and reliable support. In this way, we strengthen independence, self-confidence and joy in learning – as a solid foundation for further education.
Our educational approach is characterised by respect, appreciation and trust in the abilities of each child. We regularly reflect on our actions and align them with children's rights and current professional standards.
