How do I book a package?

What are the booking and cancellation terms and conditions?

There is no cancellation charge for bookings cancelled by 18:00 on the scheduled day of arrival. Please do not hesitate to contact us at any time if you need more information.

What are the guarantee requirements when paying by credit card?

No credit card guarantee is required on arrival before 18:00. A credit card guarantee is required on arrival after 18:00.

Can I make changes to the packages according to my personal preferences?

Of course. We will be happy to advise you in person to make changes to your package according to your specific requirements.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

You can check in from 3 p.m. onwards and will have to check out by midday. Early check-in or late check-out are available on request.

Where can I park my car?

We offer parking. Over 500 spaces are available in our in-house underground car park. The entrance is located directly in Rothenbaumchaussee.

Can I also book a table at one of the restaurants?

Naturally. We recommend booking a table as early as possible – especially at our popular restaurants Brasserie Flum, Piazza Romana and THEO's Prime Beef Restaurant. We will be happy to book a table for you.

Can I surprise someone with a gift voucher for a package?

Yes, you are more than welcome to. We are happy to advise you in person and recommend our in-house vouchers – the recipient can then freely choose what they would like their experience to include.
