Vouchers for our spa area can be purchased from the concierge at our wellness hotel in Hamburg.

Would you like that special something to go with your wellness visit? Then we wouldn't want to withhold our Relax Set for self-application. The set is available for 10.00 € at our spa reception and includes:
1 salt or sugar peeling with ethereal essences, 1 face mask, 1 moisturising active ingredient mask, 1 body lotion (30 ml)
Do you have to cancel your massage appointment?
If you are cannot attend your treatment or massage appointment at the Grand Elysée Hamburg, we ask you kindly to cancel it at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise we will unfortunately have to charge 50% of the treatment price.

Is it possible to use the wellness & spa area as a non-hotel guest?
The fitness area, sauna and pool at the Elyseum are open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. for hotel guests, members and day visitors.
How do I get to the spa in Hamburg from the central or Dammtor station?
From the main station, take the S-Bahn S2 or S5 to "Dammtor" (approx. 3 min.). The Grand Elysée Hamburg is located directly at the Moorweidenpark and thus directly opposite the Dammtor railway station. You can reach our hotel from here via the street Rothenbaumchaussee in approx. 3 minutes on foot.
