YOUR CAREER IN GUEST SERVICE
Within our guest area, you are the first point of contact for guests wishing to make reservations or receive information about the hotel. Optimal social and communication skills, as well as specialist knowledge, are particularly in demand here. There are also other exciting hotel jobs in housekeeping, reception, event management and guest services.
HOTEL TRAINING

The Grand Elysée Hamburg is the only hotel in Hamburg to bear the award “Hamburg’s Best Employer 2023”. The individual appreciation of our employees was particularly emphasised.
Our training has also been awarded a prize: In 2013, we were one of the first hotels in Germany to receive the “Excellent Vocational Training” certification from DEKRA for the first time, which has been confirmed every two years since then. The Hamburg Chamber of Commerce has repeatedly named us one of “Hamburg’s best training companies”.
