The pool at the Hotel Grand Elysee Hamburg
The spacious pool area of the Elyseum Wellness and Spa has a heated 14 x 7 metre pool that simply invites you to swim in it. You can relax in our wellness hotel’s bubbling whirlpool or in our relaxation room. Enjoy the sun on one of our three outdoor terraces with their attractive vegetation. You won’t miss anything during your visit, as our outstanding service staff will serve you fresh juices and salads at the Pool Bar.
Notice: The swimming pool area will be closed for maintenance from July 7 to July 13, 2025.
The fitness area, sauna, and all massage services will remain fully available to our guests.

Besides freshly squeezed juices, we will also serve you sparkling champagne or a refreshing beer. For athletes and the nutrition-conscious, we also offer Isolite drinks that regulate your fluid balance.

Croissant breakfast in Hamburg
We welcome you every day between 8:00 and 12:00 to one of the best breakfasts in Hamburg. Start your wellness day with this high-quality combination of two small croissants, a roll, butter, jam, honey, two coffees or a pot of tea and a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice.
Fresh and vitamin-rich dishes
Between 12:00 and 20:30, we serve a high-quality selection of delicacies every day. For example, strengthen yourself with a seasonal Nice Salad or the Boulevard Beefburger. Swimming lessons at the Grand Elysée Hamburg
Learn to swim in a luxury hotel? That's possible at the Grand Elysée Hamburg in cooperation with the Sylter Swim Academy. Experienced trainers teach children or adults clean swimming techniques in private lessons without losing sight of the joy of swimming. Book swimming lessons easily via the Sylter Swim Academy's own platform. Your requests will always be linked to the appropriate time slots and free coaches.
Opening hours
Hotel guests, members and day guests are welcome to use our pool, sauna and fitness area daily during the period from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
For our hotel guests, the fitness area is open 24/7, even outside regular opening hours.
Adults only & Family times
Of course, we want our young spa guests to enjoy swimming and sports as well. Hotel guests under the age of 12 are welcome to visit our entire wellness and spa area during the designated family hours from 9:00 AM to 12:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, accompanied by their parents. At all other times, our spa area remains a haven of tranquillity for guests aged 12 and above.
